The products developed through the Cultural Spaces for ALL project were successfully promoted at the Prespanski Jabolkober event, held in Resen on September 27, 2025. As the largest and most widely attended municipal manifestation in the region, Prespanski Jabolkober is a vibrant annual celebration that brings together apple producers, representatives of the business community, cultural institutions, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders.
The products created within the UNESCO-supported Cultural Spaces for ALL initiative held a central position in the exhibition area on Resen’s main square. Their presence attracted significant interest from visitors and participants, showcasing the creative potential of local communities and reinforcing the importance of cultural heritage as a driver of sustainable development.
This year’s edition featured a rich and diverse program, including cultural performances, exhibitions, and interactive activities that highlighted the unique identity of the Prespa region. The event was attended by representatives of donor organizations active in North Macedonia, members of the central government, national agencies, and other institutions — all contributing to the dynamic and inclusive atmosphere.
’Cultural Spaces for All’ is supported by UNESCO, through the joint project “Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans” (CC4WBs). Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans” (CC4WBs) is a project funded by the European Union that aims to foster dialogue in the Western Balkans by enhancing the cultural and creative sectors for increased socio-economic impact.
